General Employer Action Plan Based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising the Next Generation and the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace

Credit Engine Inc. has formulated a General Employer Action Plan based on the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising the Next Generation and the Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace, with the aim of creating a more comfortable and supportive work environment for all employees.

This plan outlines our future goals and specific initiatives to support the balance of work and childcare and to promote the active participation of women.

Plan Period: 1st June, 2025 to 31st March, 2029 (3 years and 6 months)

Goal 1: Expand the purposes of use for special leave.

Increase the acquisition rate of special leave.

Goal 2: Establish a "Promoted Leave Month."

Create an environment where all employees can more easily take paid leave, led by senior managers taking leave proactively.

Goal 3: Increase the acquisition rate for childcare leave to over 40% for men and 80% for women.

Enhance awareness and understanding of the procedures for employees when they or their spouse have a child.

Goal 4: Establish a supportive and accessible environment where employees can consult on and plan their careers while balancing their work and childcare responsibilities.

Establish an internal consultation service for career development during and after childcare leave.

Goal 5: Set the maximum monthly overtime work hours at 10 hours.

Improve work-life balance and maintain the health of all employees.
